Directed studio setup and design, optimizing lighting, layout, and on-camera presentation to align with brand standards and drive audience engagement across TikTok Shop LIVE broadcasts. Maintained a consistent, scalable production environment to support high-volume content output.
Led the configuration and deployment of broadcasting systems, including building and optimizing multiple streaming PCs for reliable livestream operations. Managed end-to-end technical setup across software, platform integrations, and hardware (camera, audio, and network), while establishing standardized workflows to ensure consistency and minimal downtime. Oversaw real-time broadcast performance, troubleshooting issues and aligning closely with production and account teams to deliver seamless, high-quality livestream experiences that supported engagement and revenue growth.
Brumate LIVE
Oversaw production and live broadcast operations for Brumate’s TikTok Shop livestreams, ensuring smooth execution from setup through completion. Managed technical configurations, coordinated with on-air talent, and maintained operational alignment across teams to deliver consistent and engaging live sessions.
Focused on maintaining stream quality and efficiency during live broadcasts, proactively addressing issues and optimizing workflows as needed. Supported overall campaign performance by ensuring a reliable and seamless viewing experience that contributed to audience retention and conversion.
BUILT BAR
Led technical production and livestream operations for Built Bar’s TikTok Shop campaigns, managing all aspects of broadcast setup and execution. Ensured that each livestream was properly configured and aligned with campaign goals, working closely with teams to maintain consistency across sessions.

EUFY
Managed live commerce operations for Eufy, overseeing both production workflows and technical broadcast execution for TikTok Shop livestreams. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align content, product focus, and sales strategy, ensuring each livestream was positioned for strong performance and audience engagement.
Monitored live metrics and implemented real-time optimizations to improve stream quality, engagement, and conversion. By maintaining a balance between technical precision and operational coordination, ensured a seamless livestream experience that supported consistent sales outcomes.
Newegg x ASRock PowerStack LIVE
Led the end-to-end execution of a 50-hour livestream commerce campaign in partnership with Newegg and ASRock, serving as both Project Manager and sole host. Directed campaign planning, product selection, and promotional strategy while coordinating closely with brand stakeholders to align on goals and performance targets. Managed all aspects of live execution, including pacing, audience engagement, and on-the-fly decision-making to maintain momentum throughout the extended broadcast.
Utilized real-time performance data to continuously refine messaging, product positioning, and promotional tactics, ensuring optimal conversion throughout the campaign. This hands-on, data-driven approach resulted in $20K in GMV and positioned ASRock products as the top-selling items on Newegg’s TikTok Shop—an outcome that has sustained beyond the campaign period.

Served as Project Manager for OEAK Bras’ TikTok Shop LIVE account, leading the full lifecycle of livestream campaigns from strategic planning to execution. Developed revenue-focused strategies, optimized content and promotions, and streamlined operational workflows to improve conversion efficiency and overall performance. Coordinated cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and fulfillment, to ensure seamless campaign execution and high-quality broadcasts.
Leveraged real-time analytics and sales data to continuously refine strategies, resulting in over $700K in GMV year-to-date. By combining strategic planning, operational oversight, and performance-driven execution, helped establish OEAK Bras as a top-performing TikTok Shop account with strong audience engagement and sustainable revenue growth.

Managed OEAK Apparel’s TikTok Shop LIVE account as Project Manager, designing and executing campaigns to maximize revenue and conversion efficiency. Planned product promotions, coordinated livestream content, and aligned marketing and production teams to ensure smooth, high-impact broadcasts. Oversaw operational workflows, from pre-production setup to live execution, ensuring technical reliability and engaging viewer experiences.
Through data-driven optimization and iterative strategy adjustments, the account achieved over $600K in GMV year-to-date, contributing to a combined total of more than $1 million in GMV across both OEAK accounts. The success reflects a consistent focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and measurable performance outcomes.
Music Getaways
Served as Executive Assistant while managing production teams for live music events, supporting both leadership and on-the-ground execution. Coordinated scheduling, staffing, and vendor logistics, ensuring all elements of production were aligned and prepared ahead of each event.
