Hi, I’m Leo. I’m an Operations and Project Manager with a background in Psychology and Philosophy from Michigan State University (Class of 2018), where I developed a strong interest in how people think, make decisions, and interact with systems.
Today, I apply that perspective to building and scaling operations in fast-paced environments. My experience spans live commerce, e-commerce, and media production, where I’ve led cross-functional projects, optimized workflows, and implemented data-driven strategies to improve performance and drive revenue. From managing large-scale event operations to leading livestream sales campaigns and backend systems, I focus on creating structure, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable results.
